These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website https://www.zentriplus.com and the services provided by ZenTriPlus (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Overview

ZenTriPlus offers technology services including but not limited to:

• Web design and hosting

• App development

• Cloud and email services

• Digital marketing

• AI and data analytics solutions

Each service may have its own service agreement or project scope document that forms part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise specified.

• Invoices must be paid within the payment period stated (typically 50% upfront, 50% upon completion).

• Late payments may attract a penalty of 5% per week.

• All services are subject to 18% VAT unless exempt.

Accepted payment methods: Mobile money, bank transfer, or secure card payment links.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content created by ZenTriPlus remains the property of ZenTriPlus until full payment is received.

• After payment, ownership of design, code, and content (except open-source or third-party licensed components) is transferred to the client.

• Clients may not reuse or resell ZenTriPlus intellectual property without written permission.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing content and materials on time

• Reviewing and approving work within agreed timelines

• Ensuring they have proper licenses for any third-party content supplied

6. Revisions and Support

• Each project includes a limited number of revisions (as agreed in the service proposal).

• Additional revisions beyond scope will incur extra charges.

• Support for delivered projects may be provided for a set period (e.g., 30 days). Extended support requires a maintenance agreement.

7. Hosting & Domain Services

• Domains are registered in the client’s name unless otherwise agreed.

• Hosting accounts provided by ZenTriPlus are governed by our Hosting SLA (available on request).

• Failure to renew hosting or domain services may lead to suspension or deletion of data.

8. Termination

ZenTriPlus may suspend or terminate service if:

• The client violates these Terms

• Payment is not received within the due date

• Abusive or illegal activity is detected

Either party may terminate an agreement with 14 days written notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenTriPlus is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss

• Data loss or corruption not caused by our own negligence

• Downtime due to third-party service providers

10. Confidentiality

We respect your business confidentiality. All private business data shared with us is kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising will be handled in Ugandan courts.
